The apt is clean, calm, and well decorated. It is located within short walking distance 135th C/B and 2/3 stations and multiple bus lines into any part of Manhattan and Astoria. It is also near City College and Columbia. This sublet will begin January 2008, to a negotiable length. Its $920 a month plus a $400 deposit due upon move in agreement.
